Clinical Hypnotherapy

"Hypnosis is a way of directly accessing the subconscious mind so that clients can understand what is running their unwanted behaviours and then become free of them, through a process of suggestion that bypasses the conscious mind and the critical factor, allowing the mind to accept a suggestion it would previously have not accepted"

The aim of hypnotherapy in the context of working together agreement with the therapist/client and in the therapeutic relationship that develops through it, is the 'liberation' from experiences or traumas that belong to the past but are decisively linked to the present and the future in the situation that is now experienced as problematic.

We start working together in the conscious mind and decide together whether to proceed with hypnotherapy in the subconscious mind.

Childhood, as in all therapeutic approaches, is a source of reference and development.

Hypnosis is the process that I create in the session to create a safe space of communication and mental calm for the client so that together we can focus more deeply and integrally on the problem that concerns and weakens him/her. It is simply an inner focus that accesses the subconscious part of the mind and that the client is in control of throughout. It is very simple to 'go in and out' of the state of hypnosis which is a natural human state of relaxation and calming of the nervous system. Scientific research has shown that during hypnosis the mind is more open and receptive to understanding and releasing change.

As a therapeutic approach, hypnotherapy 'sheds light' on the problem and its roots, as perceived by the person being treated. In my capacity as a hypnotherapist I support him to discover scenes and circumstances from his past, the 'difficult part' of himself that unconsciously led him to what he is now and is emerging in his adult life. I help him understand how, when, where he acquired it and why he still maintains it. Understanding is catalytic and enchanting. The connections made from the subconscious to the conscious mind to those insurmountable parts that manifested as symptoms unexplored until now is liberating.

The techniques that follow in constant communication with the client and feedback under my guidance are specific and bespoken adapted to the client and his needs, his desires, his new beliefs, his life without the problem.

New beliefs are built and established, life without the problem, systematically with the bespoken audio that the client gets after the hypnotherapy session and within the framework of the evidence-based Neuroplasticity method listens for 21 days, life without the problem!

I respect my scope of practice and honour the client.
