Mind Free was created with the vision of offering an integrated approach to meaningful and lasting change, combining contemporary, evidence-informed methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. In my work, I integrate Transformational Coaching, Solution-Based Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, RTT and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), selecting the approach that best supports each person’s goals, challenges and individual needs. My professional education includes internationally recognised certifications and specialised training in these fields and continues through ongoing professional development with leading international organisations and educational institutions, ensuring that my work remains aligned with current knowledge and evidence-informed practice.
